100% automation is rarely a useful target because not all quality work is repeatable, deterministic, or worth automating. Target automation where repeatability, risk, and maintenance economics justify it.
Keep viewpoints grounded
Perspectives should be based on delivery mechanics, risk, organizational context, and evidence—not ideology about one “correct” QA model.
